How do I place an order?
Online: We work hard to make your online ordering experience easy and effortless. If you experience an issue placing your order, please contact Customer Service at 1-626-624-9830, Monday through Friday between 8:30 A.M. AND 6:30 P.M and we will be happy to guide you through the process.
How do I know my order was placed?
Once you complete the checkout process, you will receive an order confirmation to the email you provided. No order confirmation? Check your spam folder, as sometimes confirmations like to sneak in there.
Why was my credit card charged twice?
Upon placing your order, your financial institution may place a pre-authorization hold for the funds on your account. This preauthorization hold will fall off within 3-5 business days. Once your order has shipped the actual changes will be applied to your credit card.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
We do our best to get your order processed and delivered to you as soon as possible. Once your order has been submitted, we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order.
Why isn’t my promo code working?
Please note that you are able to use one promo code per order (excludes sale items).

When will my order ship
We have warwhouse at China and US ,It will take 3-10 days to be delivered due to destinations.
How much will it cost to ship my order?
You will be thrilled to know we offer free shipping on orders $89 and over! Please remember that the charges outlined on the table apply only to orders shipped within the United States.
What is your return policy?
We expect our customers to be 100% happy with our HABA products. If you change your mind, any unused product can be returned for a full refund within 60 days of purchase. Items must be in new, unused condition, in the original packaging with all the tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the items were shipped to you in error.
If the item you would like to return was a gift and you are not the original purchaser, store credit will be issued.
There is a mistake with my order, what should I do?
If we have made an error with your order or a product is defective or damaged in shipping, please call us immediately at (626)624-9830 or email us at service@pianopotato.com so that we can make it right!
